CG&S Design-Build crafted this outdoor space to integrate the property’s existing structures and landscape. The homeowners dreamt up an oasis that both fits the home’s architectural aesthetics and acts as a hub for relaxation and entertaining. The pool and hot tub, both of which are the focal point of the living pavilion, provide guests with luxury and leisure.

This project demonstrates a seamless blend of innovative design and practical functionality. Every element of the space was carefully chosen to enhance the outdoor experience. This is evident in the outdoor kitchen, which consists of top-of-the-line appliances and storage solutions, along with the living pavilion’s eco-friendly materials, such as Western Red Cedar and domestically sourced concrete tiles. The tiles—FireRock concrete pavers in the shade Oyster—cover the space’s pool deck and flooring.

Additionally, the kitchen’s spacious island doubles as a dining area with four seats, complementing the adjacent picnic table, which was crafted out of wood from a live oak on the property by Leander’s WR Woodworking. Restoration Hardware’s outdoor sofa and matching chair in front of a fireplace and TV serve as ideal unwinding and socializing spots. CG&S Design-Build’s attention to detail with this project is also revealed in the iron ore columns mirroring the design language of the windows and doors, and the use of the Dekton Quartz—the only quartz graded for outdoor use.
